Follow the prompts on the registration page using a compatible browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari).
When entering your name and date of birth, be sure to enter it as it is documented by your employer or healthcare plan.
Once activated, you can update your profile by adding personal details, such as your primary care provider, preferred pharmacy, and allergies.
For employers on a family plan, be sure to update medical information of each family member.
