- Self-service data deletion is not available within the Android or iOS App

- Camera permission: used for video visits, capture/sending images or videos during visits, or uploading existing images or videos from your device
- Microphone permission: used for audio and video visits
Permissions are requested at the time of the visit and are required to provide telemedicine services.
10. Children’s Privacy
The browser, Android or iOS App is not directed towards children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without appropriate authorization from parents/legal guardians.
If we become aware that information has been collected from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to address the issue.

Our services may be subject to the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”). Where applicable, we implement safeguards designed to protect protected health information (“PHI”) in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
