I chose a career in medicine because I wanted to help improve the health/well-being of people in my community who were underserved. I especially like Family Medicine because I enjoy creating relationships with my patients, where trust and rapport lead to improved patient outcomes. I believe in whole person care — medical, behavioral, and psychosocial. My patients and I are a team, working diligently to improve not just health but overall quality of life.
